Our philosophy
Property owners and operators are tired of stitching together separate contractors for refurbishment, mechanical, electrical and renewables work. Schedules slip, accountability gets blurred, and the client carries the integration risk.
Propcare Group exists to remove that friction. Our divisions can be engaged individually for what they do best — or together, through a single group relationship — for projects that span trades.
Critically, the group sits above the divisions, not in front of them. Specialist brands keep their identity, their experts and their direct client relationships. The group is the shared backbone, not a sales layer.
Our story
Built by tradespeople, for property owners.
Propcare grew out of trades businesses that already worked alongside each other on site every week. Bringing them under one group made it easier for clients to engage the full capability — design and build, mechanical, electrical and renewables — through a single relationship.
Today the group operates across Hampshire, Berkshire and the wider South, with each division running as a specialist business in its own right.
